I’m currently a PhD student in Biology at Bowling Green State University working with Prof Neocles Leontis and Prof Craig Zirbel in the BGSU RNA Group.
My research largely focuses on the computational annotation and classification of RNA 3D motifs and the development of new web-based tools to facilitate the analysis and visualization of these motifs.
The primary long-term goal of my research is to create a catalog of all available RNA 3D motifs with the view of building programmable RNA molecular machines for nanotechnology applications.
